Along with this, there were many significant battles against America. Another thing that impacted the United States during the Iraq War was the economy. Many reasons led to the outbreak of a war with the nation of Iraq. One of these reasons was the September 11 attack. President George W. Bush believed that Iraq was linked to the September 11 terrorist attack. Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq were aimed at the paper and families were left homeless.
