In the coming years modern types of know-how and technical expertise would need HR specialists who have the flexibility and willingness to handle the high speed and regularly uncertain changes in the global workplace (Mayrhofer and Brewster, 2005). The human resources field must analyze the consequences of a movement towards a phase of decentralization which, if done correctly, could lead to independence. The scenario will need a modern type of organization, formed on a criterion that merges the contributions of self-governing employees in a humanly feasible way. It is therefore evident that a different way of managing human resources as standard is emerging; similarly how managers should manage themselves (Limerick et al, 2002).
