ESSAY no. 1 and no. 2 As a public school superintendent and educational leader, you usually have to wear many hats and take on various responsibilities. A critically important responsibility is to communicate the school's focused mission. Another responsibility is to disseminate the educational institution's academic standards of excellence and promote the academic competitiveness of Notre Dame Academy. My experiences in achieving these responsibilities have been extensive and range from curriculum development, to establishing highly academic programs that exceed national standards, to public relations, budgeting, and creative communication with all district stakeholders school.
