As with any other technology, the use of computers and the Internet depends on who uses them. They can be used for constructive purposes as well as destructive purposes. Cybercrime is any illegal activity on the Internet conducted with the intent to harm any other person or organization in any way. These are the transgressions that have criminal motivation; cause physical or mental harm or tarnish the reputation of an individual or organisation, using any telecommunications network.
