They need structure and direction to complete their work. “The purpose of job enrichment is to compensate for the monotony of routine tasks.” (Layman, 2011) It is important for managers and employees to communicate these issues to make the right changes. The HIM department has used many tools to help them on the path to job enrichment. One of those tools that help in communication and understanding everyone's position in completing a survey. This satisfaction survey evaluates administrators, customers and workers based on their satisfaction with products, services, work environment and organizational context.
