The section briefly explains two research paradigms and the research approach applied in this thesis. Research paradigms concern people's philosophies and sets of assumptions about the world, as well as the nature of knowledge about how research studies should be conducted in a scientifically recognized manner (R Burke Johnson & Onwuegbuzie, 2009). There are two main research paradigms: qualitative and quantitative (Yusof, 2011). The qualitative research approach is essentially an exploratory technique of examining, applying small data sets without focusing on developing new insights or theories (Creswell, 2013). When applying this paradigm, the research methods adopted include in-depth interviews, generally face-to-face method, in order to extract all the relevant details necessary to finally build a new theory (Meis...... half of the document .....The SPSS statistical package and data grid were used to analyze the data of this study not only helped the researcher to easily find out the detailed responses of the participants but also provided a valid way to identify new trends among the participants. survey population (Cohen, Manion and Morrison, 2013 The analyzes of the research data were carried out using: 1. Statistical analysis with the help of analysis of variance also called ANOVA, chi-square, correlation coefficient and factor analysis to test the research hypotheses.2.Content analysis to evaluate the frequency and type of gender-related behavioral patterns affecting women entrepreneurs and gain valuable information on the emerging model for women's entrepreneurial practices e3. Descriptive analysis for calculating percentages, averages and frequency distributions.
