These two important aspects are strong culture and weak culture. The organization will practice a strong culture when staff organize among themselves and respond with the values of the organization and their norms and beliefs are also associated with the values and principles of the organization. One of the most valuable elements of a strong culture is that it benefits the organization in both the short and long term. Likewise, if organizational values and control were not implemented correctly, the organization can be said to have a weak culture. In a strong culture people usually have the power to make decisions and also believe that what they do is right because employees usually believe in themselves and their interests.
