Statement of Purpose Throughout my undergraduate studies, I have sought to develop a strong understanding of topics across the breadth of computer science as I believe that an initial holistic approach could prove to be a solid basis for any future activities in the field. Now I would like to delve deeper into those topics that interest me and carve out a space within them. Over the years I have been particularly interested in IT Security. It is required in almost every aspect of systems development and relies heavily on knowledge of the complex workings of networks, operating systems, and mathematics. It was during my third year of university studies that the fundamentals were introduced through the course “Number Theory and Cryptography”. Learning about RSA and Zero Knowledge protocols introduced me to this completely new way of looking at security. This convinced me to take up “Cyber ​​Security” as an optional subject to develop a deeper understanding of the subject. Other courses like networking, operating systems, distributed systems etc. they deepened my understanding of the role security plays in all of these fields. Subsequently, my experience working in the industry has taught me the different ways in which the security of a product can be compromised and all the measures and methods that should be taken when designing the product architecture and when performing coding real. I believe that through all of this I have gained an ideal mix of solid security foundation and practical knowledge, which will help me bring my unique perspective to problem solving. Earning a master's degree in computer science from UTCS will allow me to more fully develop my knowledge in these areas and contribute my share to the ongoing research... halfway through the paper... tests organized in our college. I believe that all my theoretical and practical knowledge in IT provides me with the right skills to continue my university studies; since I not only know how different fields are related to each other, but also can effectively realize the interweaving of different fields with confidence. This solid foundation and my thirst for learning more is what I bring with me to UTCS. I would like to conclude by saying that it is not just the renowned name of UTCS, but it is the range of research that has been carried out and is happening at UTCS, that attracted me. I would love to have the opportunity to work with the security team and explore areas together.
