In Gun Crazy and Bonnie and Clyde these two films showed the conflict between order and chaos through narrative, characters and mise-en-scene. First, Gun Crazy demonstrates chaos before order, whereas at the beginning of the film chaos is already presented when a Bart steals a gun from a hardware store. In Bonnie and Clyde this film demonstrates order before chaos, where Bonnie looks through the window and finds Clyde trying to steal her mother's car. Third, these events overlap in both Gun Crazy and Bonnie and Clyde, where order and chaos are displayed simultaneously in the films. Therefore, the conflict between order and chaos can only be demonstrated if all three elements are displayed in the film: narrative, mise-en-scene, and characters. In every film the camera can be considered a narration, it shows through the lens of its camera the story of the film. (Film, 2013, page 123). The staging scene and the camera work together to show the audience the story of the film. In Gun Crazy chaos is shown before order, as young Bart breaks the window of a hardware store....
