I will organize more personalized meetings so that the employee receives all the attention and feels part of the family. Based on the ABC model, affect is an emotional component; therefore, when someone feels emotionally positive towards an organization, the attitude towards that organization will also be positive. To keep affect theory in mind, I will try to promote positive emotional feelings that can convert into positive attitudes. Additionally, I will try to understand the reason for the lack of engagement, whether it is caused by another employee or the political environment of the organization, so I can work to resolve the problem. Additionally, I will indirectly promote organizational value so that the employee can feel connected to the organization's mission and feel motivated to give their 100% attention and devotion. If this personalized attention works and the employee shows improvement in their effort, then I will offer a reward that will keep them working in the same way.
