The thoughts of my subordinates and leadership about me are significant. I'm kind of a chameleon when it comes to my emotions. In stressful situations I appear calm, even if I am struggling inside. I do it to put those around me at ease and to be able to complete a task. I think I've done a pretty decent job performing my duties as a noncommissioned officer, but obviously there's room to grow and learn. My supervisor also mentions that I accept and overcome challenges and am not afraid to make decisions. Being able to relieve any kind of pressure from my supervisor and take responsibility with proper guidance allows me to improve my leadership skills.
