If left unresolved, problems can worsen, and these ethical issues can have devastating effects on the company's reputation with its customers and employees. These ethical issues are diverse in nature and existing legislation and business rules may not specifically address them or provide an adequate solution. It can also happen to an individual within the company who does not take part in an unethical practice. This report focuses on the ethical dilemma of a contract web developer, Johnny, who is urged by his client WLC Ltd. to share the design files of web applications that are still proprietary. Nowadays, most jobs include the use of computer systems along with information technologies that have penetrated every area of education, business and industry. Ethics plays an important role in solving ethical dilemmas and decision-making activities in the parencite{kuzu2009problems} of information technology. Furthermore, an ethical dilemma is usually a discussion between two ethical ideas for which no real solutions can be provided. Usually, two sides argue about what is wrong and what is right and simply provide the methods they consider. The two-month delay is caused by poorly defined project requirements and technical problems encountered by Tom and his team. Additionally, some team members have full-time jobs during the day and only focus on the project for a limited time after work. WLC Ltd. is facing the risk of failing a large project in which it has invested a significant amount of extquotesingle company resources.
