This helped a lot because the students were able to focus and listen when the assessments were of benefit to them especially if they could rely on their grades and they learned that the Presentations are so important because you get to learn so many things you present from your colleagues. During this time it really helped me grow because that's the term and I was able to hone my clinical and leadership skills. It also helped in patient management with multiple clients meeting at least all their needs. It also helped me a lot in my decision making skills which are very crucial for a nurse in clinical setting. It helped me put everything I learned into practice.
