The probability that an individual could suffer harm when coming into contact with a danger is defined as risk. Identifying and assessing risks helps to overcome the associated dangers and risks through risk assessment. Say no to plagiarism. Spread over an area of 3200 square miles, which includes Darlington, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Northumberland and Teesside, they provide two types of care services, namely scheduled and unscheduled, where the principal makes arrangements for patients non-emergency transport nearby, while in the latter they respond to emergency calls.MethodologyEveryone needs a safe working environment. This can be achieved through risk assessment. It determines various threats/hazards and corresponding risks within an environment so that it can be monitored and controlled, thus ensuring that no one is in danger. It can be divided into 5 phases: Highlight the danger. list everyone who may be in danger. determine the possibility and impact of harm and take appropriate measures to control it. record the measures taken. review the evaluation and if required, update. This can be addressed through two techniques, namely qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative risk assessment method is a subjective assessment, which plots the probability of the risk occurring against the impact of its outcome, thus establishing its overall severity. It is generally carried out with the help of a rating scale that evaluates the probability from 0 to 1 and the severity of the risk from 1 to 5. The quantitative, on the other hand, is an objective evaluation that develops a numerical value that predicts the probability of the outcome of the risk. Table 1 provides an outline of both risk assessment methods, detailing their advantages and acknowledging their limitations. Qualitative analysis was chosen to evaluate the NEAS as the site visit was short and short. It was almost impossible to apply the quantitative method as it would take time. Furthermore, to make a quantitative evaluation, the values were missing. Furthermore, the qualitative method is simple and easier.Table 1.
