Self-awareness is a good way to allow individual students to evaluate how they learn best and what they can do to ensure they reach their full potential. Strategies for improving memory are also different for each individual, everyone will have a different approach. Individuals may find that mind maps, mind quizzes, games etc. they sharpen their minds to ensure their memory is optimal for individual subjects. I find myself reading, researching, and creating mind maps with notes to make sure I can remember everything and improve my memory. I often find myself improving my memory by removing myself from the fast-paced scenario and evaluating the situation on my own, researching and responding with concrete information. I find that having a relaxed approach often helps to keep my mind less overwhelmed and information seems to become ingrained in my memory, if I find myself worried or stressed I often forget things and this is distressing for me as an individual. As a structured and organized individual, I find myself with a clear mind and easy to learn new things. In the workplace it is essential to be able to bring information together to ensure there is a clear structure for all.
