Be compassionate towards what their students face outside of school. Take the time to sit down with the student and talk to them if there is a problem. Although, teachers' and students' timetables are occupied by the amount of work that needs to be done. There is still a way to contact a student or teacher if one of them is determined to do so, it can happen. Nowadays, it is easy to communicate between both, so there should be no excuse for not having adequate communication. So, respect develops more between them. The teacher gives a clear act of respect towards the teacher; therefore, the student does the same for the teacher. There shouldn't be any special treatment or anything like that. All these factors mentioned are descriptions of an effective teacher and the good qualities he or she must express upon entering the teaching profession; that's what a teacher does
