William Shakespeare was an Englishman with an unrivaled way of approaching poetry, theater and drama. It influenced many walks of life and laid the springboard for other forms of entertainment. William Shakespeare remained famous throughout his life and to this day because his poetic words have always been able to relate to people and tap into their emotions. Shakespeare is said to have been born on 23 April 1564 to John Shakespeare, “a glove maker and produce merchant who also worked on the town council”() and Mary Arden, “the daughter of a landowner from a nearby village, ”(). He was baptized in Trinity Church in Stratford where he was eventually buried. His life span was in the Renaissance period. Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway at the age of 18 and had a daughter Susan and then two years later they had two twins At 27 he decided to take a trip to London in the hope of discovering his dream as a theatrical playwright. Shakespeare's life was during the Renaissance, a romantic era of art and music. help him develop a career outside the theater. Shakespeare was a well-known poet before he was a playwright. In Shakespeare's time, London was a mecca of merchant shipping and new development of large buildings. In that era, there were strictly divided social classes and order, although the only exception to these everyday customs was the theater.
