Among the declining giants is the Wendy's Family fast food hamburger establishment, which started in 2008 with 6,645 stores, and in the three-year span Wendy's has advertised only 6,576 structures. Research now indicates that Wendy's declining stature could result in its fall from the top five fast food chains by 2020 (Jones, 2015).
