The sample consisted of 210 people from 38 families, therefore the researchers collected 90% of the total families, which is composed of 34 families collected by collecting data from Mae Chan Tai village, Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai. The research instrument used in this research is questionnaire to collect information on the type of language model that is easy to understand in order to achieve the same understanding between the population and researchers. The questionnaire was divided into 3 parts as follows: Part 1 General information about the respondents Part 2 Questionnaire on community strength according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai, divided into 4 aspects which constitute the aspect basic element of the community, physical element aspect, ideological element aspect and community strength aspect.
