Organizational development can be defined as a systematic planning process in which to apply scientific principles and practical behaviors introduced into the organization, with the aim of increasing effectiveness individual and organizational Organizational development is related to the management of an organization's arrangements with a method for making organizational changes and has a special approach that claims to be much more than just a recipe for managing change. Organizational development has much in common with other approaches in organizations, theoretically it has a number of characteristics which are: A planned, medium and long-term strategy. A systematic and systematic focus. A process-oriented focus. A normative re-educational orientation. The use of a change agent. Organizational self-help. The organizational development intervention is a program used to approach a different organization, in one or more of its parts. May be focused on problems at one or more of four organizational levels:1.The entire organization.2. Intergroup level.3. Intragroup level.4. The individual level.There are many models in the literature of the organizational development process and these are usually divided into intervention and different phases.Each phase has its elements and we will try to explain them all briefly.1. The entire organization:1.1. Forces of Change - There is a link to the box entitled “Organisational Mission and Objectives” which conveys the idea that there is an interaction between the forces of change and the objectives of an organisation.1.2. Problem Diagnosis: Problems in the organization start to be discovered along with the possible remedies and ways to achieve them. This means......half document......consultation we have found the current situation, the needs/interventions and the recommendations for the future. Part of the interventions and recommendations were related to marketing since it was the part that was most focused on these companies. Once we identified the problems and shortcomings of these companies (marketing) we continued to work with design and marketing (promotional materials, marketing plans, etc.). These recommendations were presented to 3 owners who are businesses and also donors to these businesses who were non-governmental organizations. Then the business owners came in so what was the maximum we recommended to them and over a certain period of time (six months) I managed to become independent and graduate from a social business incubator. It was my experience where I got to practice and see the development organization up close.
