Most of his perspectives are based on his rational, serious, fact-based personality. While he is not shy about speaking, he is decidedly more reserved and feels the need to speak only when he feels it is important. An example of his leadership personality is when Juror #1. 10 tries to get the attention of the other jurors with his bigoted comments and juror no. 4 is able to intimidate and silence him by telling him to sit down and not talk anymore. He is analytical in this way mainly because he is a stockbroker and therefore has to focus on facts and figures. Furthermore, I believe that stockbrokers must be very serious and motivated personalities, which would explain why he focused on the facts and was one of the last jurors to change his vote until he met new ones
