Topic > Teacher Need: Case Study: A Teacher Need

As the primary interviewer for a prospective educator, I would be intrigued by the candidate's enthusiasm for teaching and dedication to the profession. Initial interview questions will be geared towards getting to know the candidates and assessing whether they can adequately handle future responsibilities. I will ask questions to understand how knowledgeable they are about the content they can teach and to understand if they are ready for the challenges that come with being an educator. In the second interview, I would ask questions to ensure the candidate is the right choice. In other words, I would check the previous interview responses for consistency and look for a candidate who demonstrates a commitment to the job. Candidates must have the passion/potential to be great teachers. As for Michael and Audrey, some questions might be similar; as there are comparable aspects that I would like to identify in both candidates. For Michael in particular, I would like to ask further questions about his sporadic movements in and out of the educational environment
