Above all, I will make sure that every student who passes through my classroom is treated equally. I will show respect to each child and resolve problems to the best of my ability. I will make a promise of trust to children knowing that I am there for them and I am someone they can turn to at any time. I will protect every student, keeping them from harm. It is very important to me to show a caring nature and enthusiasm in my classroom. I will make each assignment challenging, but not too difficult to complete. I will involve families as much as possible and when necessary. All rules will apply to everyone. I will show moral courage and intellectual integrity. My work will be based on knowledge of how children learn and develop. The bond between child and family will be considered a priority. I promise my students an adventurous, challenging, caring and safe environment. I will protect every child and report any suspected abuse. Finally, I will base all my relationships with children, family, peers, colleagues and community on respect and trust. I think this is what it will take to become the best teacher you can be
