“Author Victor Rhee of “Hebrews as a Leader of the Faith Community” illuminates the path on the topic of leaders in the body of Christ. The title alone brings a certain kind of curiosity about what makes a leader according to the book of Hebrews. If leadership training could have a manual, it should parallel Hebrews. Today's leadership lacks the courage to stand up for something that is right according to the word of God. It doesn't matter what is happening in the beliefs and value system of our society. Leadership has suffered greatly both inside and outside the church, especially in Christian leadership. One of the main points made by the author of this article is that society's problems are the same as ours today. How appropriate this is when we need guidance for Christian ministry. There is an ongoing soul-searching event for leaders to rise up and be all that God intended them to be in caring for the gospel of Christ in the world. Rhee, who wrote the diary, highlights the characteristics of the author of the Letter to the Hebrews as a leader who will rise up for the cause of Christ by illuminating the importance of courage, faith, love, hope, the fight against apostates and of believing in the unity of leadership when leading as leaders of the Christian faith. Starting with the journal's introduction, there is a sense of urgency for anyone who reads it to take a courageous look at how to be a fiery leader for God in hard and challenging times. What Rhee wants us to know about the author of the Letter to the Hebrews is how he points out all the flaws of being a Christian in a time when it wasn't popular to be a Christian. This is demonstrated in the time of two Roman empires, Claudius and Nero. You can see how the followers were ordinary people who lived every day... in the middle of paper... and had a great responsibility to care for others. As the author states, it is they who watch over the souls of believers in the community of faith, exercise leadership in light of the final Day, and will give an account to the Lord for their leadership. Furthermore, they will be useless if they do not do it with the joy of the Lord. Rhee, as well as the author of this article, wants us to see the full responsibility of a leader over a community of faith and the qualities he or she must possess to lead others to Christ and the final day of our Lord's return.
