The writer believes that the disadvantages of pro living outweigh the advantages. The disadvantages of pro life are more sustainable and seek the best interest of parents and children. If a mother was unable to care for the child she has and found herself in the difficult situation of having another child, it would be in her best interest to initiate an adoption. Having chosen adoption, a mother may feel regretful and in the long run end up depressed. Children may feel abandoned by their mothers and this may affect their lives as they grow up. Furthermore, if a mother chooses to have an abortion, the father may never find out about the child, but being pro-life can give him more power to get his child.
