Anorexia nervosa is a serious eating disorder in which you fear gaining weight and view weight loss as being happy with yourself. When a child suffers from anorexia nervosa, they tend to go on a diet even when they are not overweight. A child does this because he feels uncomfortable with his body and is unhappy with himself. While Bulimia Nervosa is when you binge on food and decide that purging is the better option rather than gaining weight. Children tend to do this because of their abuser, or humiliate them physically and verbally. Making them feel like their bodies aren't beautiful
