Usain BoltHow fast can a man be? Usain Bolt is the most naturally talented athlete in the world. Bolt made his dreams come true by winning three gold medals and also breaking three world records at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Also at the 2008 Olympics Bolt became the first man to win both the 100 and 200 and break world records. Nothing interfered with Bolt because at the 2012 London Olympics Usain Bolt broke all three of his records again. Bolts' time in the 100 meters is an incredible 9.87 seconds, his 200 meters is 19.19 seconds and finally his 4x1 team ran the relay in 37.31 seconds. Usain is one of the biggest names in track and is looking to retain that title at the next Olympics. Usain Bolt was born on August 21, 1986 in Jamaica. Bolt's parents owned a grocery store with the help of Usain, his brother and sister. From a young age Bolt was obsessed with sports, mainly football and cricket. All Bolt thought about was sports, sports, sports. He attended Waldesina Primary, All Age School and William Knibb High School. When he attended the Waldesina Primary School he ran in regional races. By the time he turned 12 he was the fastest runner in the entire area. Usains' cricket coach was right in telling him to be a track athlete. In 2001, Bolt was about 14 years old and won his first silver medal by running 22.04 seconds at the state high school championships. Knowing he was a talented sprinter, he never thought he would become the fastest man in the world. Bolt then participated in the 2001 CARIFTA games receiving a silver in the 400 meters running 48.3 seconds, also running a 21.08 in the 200 meters and received another silver medal. Bolt has said that he does not want to coach or have anything to do with politics, but that it would be nice to start a family and have children of his own. Usain Bolt is a huge inspiration to many younger teenagers and always will be. He is proud of himself and his teammates. People would never have thought that a 6-foot-5 built like Usain Bolt would be able to be a world champion in sprint events, but this just goes to show that anything is possible.
