Hall does more than just build relationships within the school. Regularly meets with local business owners, community groups and reaches out to alumni of all ages. When asked what the greatest joy of her job was, she responded by building relationships. For her, getting people involved and excited about district revitalization is her favorite aspect of her job. This is also one of its challenges. Connecting people to the district's success is one issue, but asking them to support it financially is another. The district is growing in size and needs new internal academic facilities and facilities to support growth.
