Therefore, the Cheesecake Factory should evolve into more socially responsible businesses by simply giving back to the less fortunate. They can simply start by donating leftover food that wouldn't be used in shelters. Furthermore, they can evolve into a Christmas food campaign and serve the less fortunate in their restaurant and let them experience the experience of dining out. A company's social responsibility efforts illustrate concrete evidence that the company is ethically responsible to its customers. They can also work for young people and offer simple jobs to teenagers in difficulty. This truly reflects their core value that every person is special
