His behavior really transformed when he was about to sell a white van (the same van the "Chinese man" was getting into when he hit him) to a l 'local car man for some extra cash. When the man from the car realized there were people chained in the van, he offered Anthony $500 per person. Anthony could have easily taken the money and moved on with his life, but he had other plans in mind. He took people to Chinatown and released them. He also gave forty dollars to a man so that he could feed all those who were chained. Anthony didn't need to release those people or give them money to eat, but he did it because he felt it was the right thing to do.
