It causes many problems in families, schools and health related problems within society. “In 2010, 2.3 million hospital visits involved such use, and of that total, 3.8 percent, or 189,060 incidents, involved underage drinking or alcohol and drug use together.” (Bates & Swan, 2014 p.256).
