My point of view to talk about the risks of glass curtain walls from architecture: glass curtain walls are a beautiful wall decoration and the feature of modernist skyscraper . From the design point of view, due to its lightness and physical properties of projection and reflection which can create an indoor bright environment and an indoor and outdoor spatial environment, attracting not only the preference of the owner but also of architects. But the massive use of glass curtain walls will bring serious harm such as light pollution. The glass curtain wall building is located next to busy roads or intersections, under the sunlight through the glass and reflecting in the turning traffic and high-speed car, it will cause people to suddenly become temporarily blind and make them feel dizzy leading to road accidents. It can be said that light pollution from glass curtain walls has become the real killer of road accidents. Furthermore, the use of glass curtain walls also harms residents living nearby, severe cases can easily lead to vision loss, insomnia, loss of appetite, and depression and other neurasthenia-like symptoms, making normal physiological and psychological functioning
