So throughout the project, we engaged in a systematic approach to recruiting staff into the project. Then we introduced a system to carefully screen workers and contractors to meet the skill requirements and avoid inexperienced personnel being assigned to the project, and the team of workers was selected based on experience. Without a doubt, these guys were incredibly talented and really willing to complete the project before the deadline. These kids can be reused and hired for future projects and will reduce recruitment times. On reflection, my biggest disappointment in these ten weeks of the course was my performance in the presentation. I failed to present my topic compared to my colleagues and I hope to prepare myself well next time I face such a situation. Overall, my experience on the project was positive. I was very happy with the amount of things I learned and experienced in this project as a project manager. I believe this course served as a platform for me to realize my dream of being a project manager in the future, which will be a good incentive for future career. I was able to gather suggestions and learn different types of skills, from learning to communicate and deal with other project team members. However; I am looking forward to the second semester dedicated to learning and development as a project
