It's measurable because I'll know when it's achieved. It is attainable because it is achievable. It's something that isn't too difficult or unreasonable. Picking up the phone and making a call to the people who care about you is really easy. I know I'll be able to make it happen mostly because it's something I want to do. Building a relationship with my siblings is a top priority for me. This goal is realistic because it is rational and sensible. It would be unrealistic for me to say that I will talk to my sisters 24/7. This is impossible. I also set this goal with a time limit because I have a specific time when I plan to complete this goal, which is by the end of my freshman year. This way I know when my goal should be completed and when I get to that date I can analyze whether my goal has actually been achieved
