Late Apple Inc and Pixar Animation Studios co-founder Steve Jobs' commencement speech at his 2005 Stanford University graduation is perhaps one of the most motivational presentations ever given to young people. Indeed, it has the ability to motivate anyone with aspirations. In his message before the graduates entered a new world, Jobs used personal setbacks in his life and how he overcame them in an effort to encourage them to pursue their dreams. Early on in the presentation, I wondered if Jobs was the right speaker to motivate the graduate since he admitted to being a college dropout. I mean, who is Steve Jobs to talk about sticking to your dreams when he couldn't even finish college. However, hearing about his life successes, he couldn't be better suited to the task as success is what everyone aspires to; especially those university students who would have spent years studying. Judging by the attention and applause of the audience during the presentation, it would appear that his message was well received....
