Jack does the same thing. At the beginning of the novel, Jack fails to kill a pig. Eventually, Jack becomes extremely bloodthirsty and begins killing pigs for fun. He even kills a pig and puts its head on a stick. Jack's bloodlust and the way he convinces the other boys is what makes him represent Adolf
