For this week's lesson, we applied a new teaching style to the classroom environment, in which the roles of the students and the instructor were revised. The main focus of the lesson is based on the relational leadership model, but this new method helped us have a deeper understanding of the materials. Just like Shane said before he started applying the method “The way you look at the readings will be different based on your role as a teacher or student”. At the beginning of chapter three, it is described how relational leadership should be a process that elevates all participants to levels at which they can become effective leaders. In my personal opinion, Shane actually used this method on us and sharing the leadership role in the classroom,
