Ever since I was little I was told to go to college. I was told that with college I will have a great education to make a difference and have a good life. What I have not been told over the years is whether college is worth the cost and how much money I will need to go to college and get the education I want or need to be successful in life. Is college worth the cost? In many cases, college is well worth the cost, but having to take out student debt to pay for it all, that's a lot of money to borrow to pay for it. Most colleges that people decide to go to will require them to take out a loan of five figures or more. After graduating from high school I decided to go to college. I decided to go to a community college where the price is right for me and my family and I'm getting the same education as someone who goes to a really big college and takes out five-plus figure loans to have to pay for it.
