This is demonstrated when I helped set up and run a netball club at a local primary school. In the club I had to interact with many different people of different ages and backgrounds to ensure the service was the best it could be. I also do other volunteer work within the community which has allowed me to give back. I helped out at a local dance school I attend. Within this role I had to use my initiative to overcome any problems that may arise, as well as having empathy with the children to ensure they understand me and what I expect of them. I was also asked to give one-on-one lessons to a student who was struggling. This gave me extra responsibility as I had a direct impact on the grade this student would get upon entering
