This is wrong because no person is perfect. For a well-rounded teacher there should be things that define his or her teaching style. A teacher who constantly gives students work and doesn't actually teach much in class is not a complete teacher. Even though they may be the sweetest people a person has ever met, they are still not a complete teacher. Often people today see teachers as one of the few people who should not make mistakes and should always know what they are doing. I totally disagree with this tactic. I feel that as teachers they should always be willing to learn and improve in both knowledge and teaching style. The teacher is not just there to teach, but should also learn a thing or two while teaching. No one in society knows everything in the world.
