Apparently, looking like a slut makes a woman a slut. Maybe I shouldn't wear a tight dress and makeup when I want to look good, for fear of being called a "slut." Sounds ridiculous, right? This is because in the United States of America and many other countries there is a large population within society that feels the need to attack and destroy the morale of women. Especially those who have faith in themselves and in all the actions they take in life. Even if a woman is a virgin, she can be targeted and labeled a slut. Women who actually have sex with multiple partners are ridiculed even more. They are seen as "trashy" and easy, the exact opposite of how men are seen when they perform the exact same actions. Slut shaming is something I am extremely against and believe it should be taken seriously. Many people take it as a joke and use the word rather loosely to describe a woman.
