School management can be defined as: understanding the functioning of the organization and providing good resources to achieve a better learning environment. It also refers to managing the school in such a way as to capitalize on resources in order to promote a safe, legal and effective learning environment. In short, school management is an act of managing or administering the school. Although the use of computers is increasingly widespread, especially in schools, it is human resources that play a significant role in the effective management of the school. Like my previous school leaders and leaders, I know how to use the school's available resources to advance institutional efforts to improve the school and develop the faculty. The available resources can be physical resources such as buildings, tools, classrooms, and human resources and financial resources. My time management skills allow me to organize my time, tasks and projects effectively with clear goals and coherent plans set by the school administration. Throughout my teaching experience I have always made correct use of human, material and financial resources. Furthermore, I have the ability to achieve school goals in the best and most economical way
