Design an organizational motivation plan that encourages: high job satisfaction, low turnover, high productivity, high quality work There is a direct connection between employee motivation and job satisfaction Work. Although our company is proud of its employees, from a legal point of view we cannot attract them individually. It needs to be presented equally across the board. However, a plan should be put in place that creates an atmosphere where workers are motivated to perform at a higher level. Our plan to motivate includes language related to job security. Job security centers on the employee's ability to achieve the company's goals. Opportunities will be created that encourage the use of employee innovation to expand the products and services the company offers. Employees will also be equipped with the appropriate resources to assist them in achieving better performance. Some motivational resources include educational training, job rotation, pay raises, vacation rewards, and bonuses. This plan will also encourage communication between leaders and workers. Leaders must ensure that all workers are included in the review of the company's daily operations. This will not only provide workers with the opportunity to discuss with managers those processes that are not beneficial to the company, but will also allow them to discuss possible alternative substitutes. In turn, management is able to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of individuals. For example, some workers may exhibit characteristics such as strength in leadership, communication, and innovation. Others may not have these characteristics.
