IntroductionAccording to Scholte's book entitled “Globalization: a critical introduction”, the explanation of the word “globalization” is summarized in five aspects, namely internationalization, liberalization, universalization, modernization, supraterritoriality ( Scholte, 2000). In a simple way of thinking, globalization aims to connect all the countries of the world together in both positive and negative ways. Samson and Raft (2005) defined organizational culture as: “a system of shared meaning within an organization that determines, to a large extent, how employees act.” It refers to the beliefs and values ​​of the group within the organization, focuses on the common characters of employees, and makes the company different from each other. Organizational cultures approach the development of globalization differently. Due to the research work of Clayton and Fisher (2006), organizational cultures could be influenced by the environment. Globalization is a major issue on the world stage and affects people's daily lives. Pheysey (1993) stated that it is not possible for every organization to be isolated in society. On the contrary, it has already become the fundamental building block of societies, economies and countries. This essay will emphasize on the cultures of different organizations which globally are becoming distinctive from each other under the pressure of globalization.
