There are many methods and techniques that a project manager (PM) can use to run a successful project. Some of these include: identifying stakeholder roles and responsibilities, tracking measurable business outcomes, applying project controls, and viewing monitoring the dynamics of a working project. These project management techniques are used to improve the project model into a basic project plan. Because a PM uses these techniques, it can help you track and account for items more efficiently. These lessons can help them account for and manage a project throughout its life cycle. On the Basecamp website you can apply these techniques and ensure that stakeholders are aware of each instance in order to manage a project successfully. In one thing ProjectFirst, accountability is vital in controlling and managing a project. This component is critical within the project lifecycle and will be repeated until the project is complete. Accountability is how the PM ensures that users do what they are supposed to do and that providers perform assigned tasks. In an article by Pitagorsky (2009) he states: “Accountability, according to the Business Dictionary, is the obligation of an individual, company or institution to account for its activities, take responsibility for them and disclose the results in a transparent manner ."Accountability is key in project management. Without it, projects cannot be controlled and managed effectively, nor can performance be improved” (para. 4). On our Basecamp website, the Prime Minister holds d 'eye using meetings and software. The website provides activities that allow the PM to control and assign items to individuals in a project. Meetings allow the Prime Minister to account for previously discussed topics...... half of the document ......cher, R. (2002, November).
