It is important for me to learn the rest of the learning environments because it will help me every time I enter a course. I might do great in a kinesthetic and musical environment, but I won't have the same advantage in a verbal environment. It is necessary to learn them, so that when a teacher wants me to give a presentation for the class or interact with a group, I can handle it without any problems. The course is not the only place I can benefit from the ACC course. Having the ability to use the strategies from the book when studying is really beneficial. In chapter 5, the textbook shows me SQ3R, a really useful strategy that I can use to quickly read an article without missing information. Also, I have learned that I can concentrate for 25-30 minutes when studying and when I feel like I have lost focus, I can take a short 5 minute break.
